3PB Barristers (3 Paper Buildings) has been recognised again by Investors in People (IiP) in 2026 for the fifth consecutive time. 3PB was one of the very first barristers chambers to achieve Investors in People accreditation back in 2010 - and has successfully maintained this recognition for the past 16 years, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to supporting and developing its people.

The award, which independently evaluates workplace culture every three years, was delivered after assessors found "3PB to have 86% of respondents agreeing or strongly agreeing that 3PB is a great place to work - a truly impressive result and one you should be proud of. It reflects the genuine commitment people feel toward chambers life and the experience you’re creating."

The assessors praised the "structural changes, internal promotions, and a focus on strengthening people practice and culture have all played a positive role. The introduction of new Head of People and Operations Manager positions, in particular, has "brought much-needed structure and clarity. Their impact is already visible in the way people and processes operate, which is fantastic to see. You're also investing meaningfully in people’s wellbeing and putting real effort into maintaining a supportive and consistent culture."

3PB's Head of People, Claire Christie (pictured here centre, flanked by Katherine Chapman of Investors in People and Sanjay Lobo of Dragons Den and the CSR platform, OnHand), said: " I am so proud of 3PB's outstanding overall score, placing it well above the IiP average and the Legal Services sector average too. Investors in People recognition is so important as it confirms what makes us unique at the Bar: Being the leading national barristers' chambers in the UK; Being an employer of choice which develops its people; Giving back to communities and pro bono; with everyone doing this with the knowledge that we are one team. Our success is built upon the quality and wellbeing of our people. This latest accreditation reflects our commitment to an innovative people management strategy and sustained personal development across the organisation.”
