The certificates are awarded to recognise the exceptional dedication to improve wellbeing at the Bar, acknowledging the huge effort across the profession to support the wellbeing of barristers, clerks and chambers’ staff; with the Bar Council's feedback that: “3PB Chambers’ continuous work and dedication to wellbeing is very impressive.”

A member of 3PB's Wellbeing Committee, and a family and personal injury barrister, Catherine PurdyCatherine PurdyCall: 1997 said: "We are delighted to have received this recognition which reflects the ongoing efforts of our members, staff and the wellbeing team to foster a supportive culture within Chambers.
