Joe Townsend named Practice Director for 3PB’s Construction and Engineering team

3PB Barristers is delighted to announce that Joe Townsend becomes Practice Director of 3PB’s Construction and Engineering team from today, 2 March 2026.

Commenting on the announcement, 3PB’s Chief Executive Simon Astill said, “This is a very well-deserved promotion for Joe, and after specialising in clerking construction and engineering disputes for eight years, we look forward to seeing continued growth for the group, both nationally and internationally, as he takes on his new role.”
Chambers also extends huge thanks to Stephen Evers who has held this position for many years. Steve continues on at 3PB in his new position as Construction Consultant.
