Nigel Ribbands to speak at Adjudication Society panel discussion

3PB Barristers’ (3 Paper Buildings) specialist construction law barrister Nigel Ribbands is to participate in the Adjudication Society’s upcoming “Behind the Decisions: Adjudicator Q&A” panel discussion, taking place on 19 September in Birmingham.
The panellists will be discussing the key issues surrounding adjudication including how adjudicators navigate often complex issues, manage the process, and reach a decision within the time constraints of this summary process. Nigel will be joined by Nigel Davies of Davies & Davies, and Patrick Waterhouse of Bowdon Consulting.
