Sunyana Sharma represents family of Mukhtar Mohammad in forthcoming inquest following his murder

3PB’s regulatory and inquest barrister Sunyana Sharma was instructed to represent the family of Mukhtar Mohammad at forthcoming inquest following his murder at the hands of his ex-partner in August 2021. The inquest will explore the role played by multi-agencies in safeguarding and risk assessing Mr Muktar from his ex-partner who was known to be a perpetrator of domestic abuse against him. At the second pre-inquest review hearing, the Coroner identified 9 interested persons in the upcoming inquest.
