SIMON MILLER RIP

The members and staff at 3PB (3 Paper Buildings) wish to extend to our colleagues at Harcourt Chambers our deepest sympathies on learning of the death of our dear friend Simon Miller. A former member of chambers, Simon was a key part in the development and the success of 3PB's Oxford office. His funeral is being held this afternoon Friday 25 April 2025.
A gifted family barrister, Simon will be remembered for his dedication to his clients and as one of the very best at the Bar. His wit in the robing room, and straightforward, tenacious and courteous approach in court will be greatly missed. Simon was a real heavyweight at the Family Bar and a leading children law specialist who gained immediate respect for his pragmatic approach to cases, his knowledge and advocacy. Very generous with his time, advice and support for other barristers in and out of court, we will miss his presence very much.
Anyone who had the good fortune to know Simon will be thoroughly shocked and deeply saddened by his loss. We extend our condolences to those who knew and loved Simon, particularly Simon’s family. You are very much in our thoughts at this time.
