Amanda Buckley-Clarke appointed as District Judge from 11 April 2016

3PB is delighted to announce that the Queen has appointed Amanda Buckley-Clarke to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Michael Gove MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed Amanda to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Thames Valley Group of Courts with effect from 11 April 2016.

Amanda was called to the Bar in 1991. In 2013, she was appointed Deputy District Judge on the South Eastern Circuit and a fee-paid Judge of the First-Tier Tribunal (Social Entitlement Chamber).
