3PB welcomes Jack Hickling as new member of chambers

3PB civil law barrister Jack Hickling, who specialises in personal injury and property disputes, has become a member of chambers and will work from 3PB’s Birmingham office.
After completing a significantly reduced pupillage at the London offices of international law firm DWF in June 2022, Jack went on to be an employed barrister with the firm, working on all manner of personal injury claims, predominantly acting for defendant insurers, including counter-fraud, occupational health, highways, and credit hire disputes.
Jack is frequently instructed to appear in both the County Court and High Court at all stages of proceedings and has a particularly busy trial practice of fast and multi-track claims. He is well versed in acting for insurers in dishonesty claims, including staged and exaggerated accidents, fabricated injuries, and organised fraud, and has obtained several findings of fundamental dishonesty.
Jack maintains a busy property practice and is regularly instructed in claims for possession and housing disrepair.
