In her feature “Kids, Court and Caffeine … How to survive having a baby at the Bar”, Sunyana has combined her own personal experiences as a mother of young children with that of colleagues, to put together 14 top tips for juggling parenting and work responsibilities. Sunyana has offered guidance on areas such as setting expectations with Chambers before taking leave, how to manage practising certificates and insurance, government maternity allowances and expecting changes in time management following a return to work, and as children get older.
