HH Stephen Wildblood KC and Jennifer Kotilaine to present Family Law Week online conference

HH Stephen Wildblood KC and Jennifer Kotilaine, specialist family law barristers at 3PB Barristers (3 Paper Buildings), will present a free online conference for Family Law Week entitled “Deprivation of Liberty Orders (Children) – Practice and procedure”, alongside Felicity Groves of Bath and North-East Somerset Council.

The conference will take place via Zoom on Thursday 14 March 2024 from 4pm-5:15pm and is tailored for lawyers, social workers and other users of the Family Court.

Stephen Wildblood KC is a specialist in family law, formally the Designated Family Judge for Bristol and the surrounding counties from 2013-2023. Stephen now acts as a Private FDR Judge, an early neutral evaluator and a Private Law Children Arbitrator.

Jennifer Kotilaine is an established family law and Court of Protection barrister, specialising in cases involving children and vulnerable adults. Jennifer regularly acts on behalf of parents, children and local authorities in complex care proceedings. She also appears in the Court of Protection on matters up to the High Court in cases related to capacity, deprivation of liberty, and welfare.
