Emma Wallis joined Chambers in September 2026 as a Finance Consultant, focusing on helping 3PB make the most of Xero and strengthen its financial reporting. She works alongside the finance team to enhance everyday processes and develop clear, practical financial insight that supports Chambers’ continued strong performance.
A former KPMG auditor, Emma is an FCA‑qualified finance leader with over 20 years’ experience who specialises in strengthening finance teams, improving reporting and building control environments that feel robust rather than restrictive. She's passionate about upskilling people so finance becomes accessible, empowering and part of the organisational culture, not a silo.
Interests include being a trustee for two charities, going to live music gigs and festivals, travelling and hiking.
