Sports Barrister Graham Gilbert represents the BHA in disciplinary panel reviewing Jockey Graham Gibbons’ usage of a Banned Substance

Sports Barrister Graham Gilbert has represented the BHA in a disciplinary panel concerning Jockey Graham Gibbons and his testing positive for the use of a metabolite of cocaine. The panel also had to consider how to respond to his attempt to present a sample that was not his own.
