Robert Weatherley appointed as Fee-Paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber)

3PB Barristers (3 Paper Buildings) is pleased to announce that Robert WeatherleyRobert WeatherleyCall: 2011 has been appointed as a Fee-Paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, sitting in the Property Chamber. Robert will be based in London, hearing cases involving residential property.

Robert Weatherley is a specialist property law barrister, focusing on property and planning disputes, encompassing land registration, commercial property, residential landlord and tenant law, and agriculture. Robert is the co-author of the textbook “Restrictions on the Use of Land” which is now in its second edition.
