Rob Dawson is guest speaker at Healy’s Construction Event

Rob Dawson will share insights from the front line of disputes and adjudications, bringing valuable case-law context to the discussion.

Rob Dawson has a broad practice across commercial and construction, but with a particular emphasis on construction and engineering disputes and associated professional liability matters, as well as general commercial litigation disputes.

The event will focus on practical legal and management issues in brickwork and construction safety — a mix of compliance, contract risk, JCT and adjudication and lessons from recent cases.

This is a practical session designed for Managing Directors and Finance Directors in brickwork and wider construction.
