Oliver Thorne and Nicola Frost qualify as children arbitrators

3PB are delighted to announce that two more of its family law barristers, Oliver Thorne and Nicola Frost, have both qualified as Children Law Arbitrators, able to hear arbitrations under the Children Scheme. Both are members of the specialist panel of family law arbitrators, managed by Resolution on behalf of the Institute of Family Law Arbitrators (“IFLA”).
Nicola Frost is a specialist family law barrister, arbitrator, now dual qualified in both the Children and Financial Remedy Schemes, and a Private FDR judge at 3PB. A leading expert in financial remedies and private law children, Nicola acts in complex money cases and in private law children proceedings (often for the same clients). Nicola is a specialist in relocation cases, both internal and external, and intractable contact disputes. Consistently ranked in Chambers and Partners and Legal 500, Nicola has won praise for her forensic attention to detail, her excellent client care and for always having a total command of her papers.
Oliver Thorne is a specialist family law barrister, children law arbitrator and Private FDR judge at 3PB. A leading expert in both private law children and financial remedies, Oliver acts in parental alienation cases and disputes where a parent has or is planning to relocate. Consistently ranked in Chambers and Partners and Legal 500, Oliver is known for his patience and sensitivity with clients and is also often instructed for his robust advocacy and detailed cross-examination skills.
