Oliver Nunn to speak at the upcoming Devonshire's Housing Management Update

3PB Barristers' Oliver Nunn will be speaking at the upcoming Devonshire's Housing Management Update on Thursday 15 October, where there will be insightful discussions on the latest legislative and case law developments affecting housing management.
Oliver will be joining a panel of specialist speakers from Devonshire's housing management and property litigation team, chaired by Baljit Basra.
He will be speaking about the new trend of Equality Act challenges in housing claims, post possession order, at the enforcement stage and the arguments landlords can use in opposition, to help achieve enforcement of possession orders.
