Nicole Bollard and Mark Wilden appear in Court of Appeal
Members of 3PB’s intellectual property team are appearing in Court of Appeal today in a number of cases. Nicole Bollard is representing the defendants, instructed by Loney Stewart Holland, in a dispute with The Northern Block Limited.
