3PB's family barrister and silk, June Venters KC, delivered a webinar for LexisNexis on public law children cases. The webinar, which went live online today, discusses the Public Children Update 2025, with a specific focus on significant cases from the past 12 months.
The webinar is designed to appeal to in-house local authority lawyers, solicitors and barristers, and the recording offers June's advice and serves as a signpost for various issues that may arise in care and adoption cases.
