Frida Dahlqvist returns from parental leave

3PB is delighted to welcome Family Law Barrister Frida Dahlqvist, pictured here, to return to practice from parental leave on Monday, 6 October 2025.
Frida has extensive experience representing local authorities, parents, children, and interveners in public law proceedings and maintains a substantial private law practice acting for parents and children within private law children’s proceedings.
Instructing solicitors value her client care and clear, effective communication with both vulnerable and challenging clients. Her practice covers complex non-accidental injury, fabricated/induced illness, infant death, sexual abuse, adoption, DOLs and secure accommodation, coercive control, and relocation. Frida is FLBA Advocacy & the Vulnerable trained and is recognised as a highly effective cross-examiner.
Frida is ranked Band 3 for Family: Children (Midlands Bar) in Chambers UK Bar 2025, and Legal 500 describes her as “extremely approachable… always well prepared and incredibly thorough.”
