3PB's Property and Estates Group invites you to join us for an evening seminar looking at a range of topics relating to landlord and tenant litigation.

This session will provide actionable guidance on presenting cases effectively, understanding legacy section 21 requirements (which are still in force), complying with the Renters Rights Act and managing possession enforcement. Tailored for landlord and tenant solicitors, the session offers key strategies for improving case outcomes and updates on the latest legislative changes.

The seminar will be followed by a networking drinks reception.
