Following the lifting of Covid restrictions, we are delighted to welcome you back, in-person, to our Construction and Engineering Law Group's Annual seminar.

Topics

The seminar, chaired by Paul Newman, will include presentations from Rowan Planterose, Patrick Heneghan and Nick Kaplan on the following topics:

Rowan Planterose will consider "Adjudication: An adjudicator’s perspective."
Patrick Heneghan will review “The Use and Abuse of Expert Witness Evidence: how the policies underlying the rules for the courts receiving expert evidence are being applied.”
Nick Kaplan will present "Tying loose ends: how the law has developed since Grove v S&T."
