3PB's Property Law Seminar - Bristol

3PB barristers' Property and Estates Group invites you to our Property Law seminar in Bristol on 25 October at 5.30pm.

Chaired by Matthew Cannings, the event will include the following presentations:

• Cheryl Jones will consider "Life after Rollerteam - a new spin on estoppel and common intention trusts?"
• Thomas Talbot-Ponsonby, who acted for the claimants, will provide an analysis of "Baker v Craggs - whether overreaching can occur on the grant of an easement"
