Bristol Law Society co-President and Temple Bright partner Edward Thompson will chair this interactive panel seminar, featuring experienced 3PB arbitration advocates David Parratt KC (Scot) and Patrick Heneghan and Annecto Legal Director Mark Beaumont.

Our speakers

Edward Thompson of Temple Bright is a property dispute resolution specialist. He has extensive experience acting for institutional investors, developers and pension funds. Edward trained at the Bank of Ireland and went on to work at City firm Dentons and a medium sized Bath firm before joining Temple Bright in 2022. Edward was appointed co-president of Bristol Law Society for the period 2021 to 2023.

David Parratt KC (Scot) is a busy barrister, advocate and arbitrator. David has extensive court experience and regularly negotiates settlements in multi-million pounds claims. He is often involved in complex international commercial disputes.

Patrick Heneghan joined 3PB in April 2022, having previously been a dispute resolution partner in the London office of Skadden Arps, one of the world’s leading US international law firms, specialising in international arbitration, commercial litigation and other dispute resolution procedures.

Mark Beaumont of Annecto Legal is an economics graduate with 25 years experience in business development and training and a member of the Executive Committee at the Commercial Litigation Association (CLAN), the country’s only national group dedicated to advancing the interests of the commercial litigation community.
