Scarlett Bainbridge joined 3PB in October 2026 as a Practice Assistant in Winchester.
She graduated from Cardiff University in 2021 with a First-Class degree in Criminology and Sociology, which led her to secure a place on Lidl’s highly competitive graduate scheme.
As Practice Assistant, Scarlett assists with the management of the crime and regulatory crime diaries of members, coordinates with solicitors and barristers, as well as supporting colleagues with daily tasks.
Outside of work, Scarlett likes to travel, spend time in nature and at her beach hut in Southbourne.
