Sam Collins joined 3PB in November 2021 and is the Practice Director for civil work in Birmingham, including commercial, construction, employment, and property & estates cases. He is responsible for the day-to-day management and development of civil work in the City and wider Midlands.

Described by Legal 500 as "responsive and easy to work with" and "extremely helpful", Sam was eight years at one of Birmingham’s largest sets and for the last five years has been a Team Leader in a top-ranked London chambers.

Sam has an upper-second class honours degree in Philosophy from the University of Sheffield and has completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the BTEC in Chambers Administration.

Sam has two young daughters, and they occasionally allow him to watch Aston Villa.
