Philip Jones joined 3PB in 2023 bringing with him 30 years of clerking experience having started his career at a small Birmingham set, where he spent 8 years honing his clerking skills. In 2001 Phil was headhunted by another large local multi-disciplinary chambers in the Midlands, where in 2013 he was promoted to the role of Senior Clerk.

Phil is responsible for chambers' diary management, daily liaison with instructing solicitors, allocation of work, management of barristers’ diaries and fee negotiation with new and existing clients. He assists with all areas of law and and prides himself on excellent client service.

In the little spare time Phil has, he likes to indulge in his passion for music, Formula 1, socialising and spending time with his partner and family.
