Graham has developed a strong practice representing police forces as well as those seeking the granting or restoration of their firearms certificates. His skills extend are of use throughout the process, including providing advice prior to lodging an appeal up to and including the final hearing. Recent examples of his work include:

  • B v CCoK: appeared on behalf of an appellant whose licence had been refused on the basis of dishonesty arising from multiple identities.
  • P v CCoC: appeared for the appellant against the refusal to grant a licence due to concerns arising from past offending.
  • B v CoMP: appeal against the revocation of a licence following allegations of violence in a relationship.
  • F v CCoS: appeared on behalf of the Chief Constable in an appeal against the revocation of a shotgun certificate.
