Inquests

Febienne specialises in personal injury, clinical negligence, inquests and costs.

Prior to joining 3PB, Febienne studied healthcare law, mental health law and completed her master's dissertation on disability discrimination in medical law, with a focus on Down Syndrome cases.

Febienne gained extensive experience in clinical negligence, working on complex birth injury cases, including attending multidisciplinary expert conferences, conducting detailed medical record reviews, undertaking medical research and taking witness statements of traumatic events; in doing so, Febienne developed a strong understanding of medical practice, clinical procedures and issues that can arise in complex litigation.

Febienne's background in medical and healthcare law, combined with her meticulous preparation, excellent client care and witness-handling skills, makes her particularly well-suited to the sensitive nature of inquest proceedings.
