Emma has a strong practice in co-ownership disputes and claims brought under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA). She regularly advises and represents clients in disputes concerning beneficial ownership of property.
She is experienced in handling claims involving proprietary estoppel, applications to alter or rectify the Land Register, constructive trusts, and issues concerning third-party interests, including intervenor claims.
