The ‘Every Child Achieving and Thriving’ White Paper was published in February this year, alongside the consultation document ‘SEND Reform: Putting Children and Young People First’. In their analysis, Alice and Barry explore the key proposals within the documents, including what the proposals do, what this could mean for the future role of EHCPs and individual support plans, and the duties placed on schools moving forwards.
