Celebrating International Women’s Day at 3PB: Giving to Gain

3PB is proud to celebrate another year of International Women’s Day. This year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” highlights the power of generosity and collaboration, recognising that empowering women strengthens communities and creates opportunities for everyone.

To support this message, we are hosting a workwear drive across our London, Birmingham and Bristol centres in aid of Smart Works, a UK-wide charity that provides free interview clothing and coaching to women who are unemployed or on zero-hours contracts. Their mission is to equip women with the clothing, coaching and confidence they need to secure employment and transform their lives.

Alongside this initiative, each of our centres will host coffee and cake mornings, bringing women together to connect, network and celebrate one another in recognition of International Women’s Day.
