Construction Law Q&A: EOT assessments - are CAs/EAs getting it right?

3PB's Construction and Engineering team invites you to join us for a Q&A session discussing EOT assessments and whether CAs and EAs are "getting it right".

The session will offer the opportunity to hear from 3PB’s expert construction law barristers on the form, content and extent of an EA's/CA's EOT award recommendation, as well as ask questions on this important topic.

Speakers include barristers James Davison, Patrick Heneghan, Jon Shaw and William Charlesworth.

The seminar will be followed by a networking drinks reception.
