3PB’s criminal barristers successful in applications for regrading with CPS

3PB Barristers (3 Paper Buildings) is delighted to announce that four members of its criminal law team have been regraded on the CPS Advocate Panel List.

Jonathan Underhill was called to the Bar in 2008 and is a specialist criminal and regulatory barrister with particular expertise in financial crime and Proceed of Crime Act matters. Jonathan regularly acts for both defence and prosecution, is appointed to both the specialist Proceeds of Crime and Fraud CPS panel lists and has recently concluded a case involving a £800k fraud incorporating Capital Markets and Cryptocurrency platforms.

Thomas Evans was called to the Bar in 2010 and has a busy criminal and regulatory practice, regularly representing clients charged with offences of the utmost seriousness across all areas of criminal law and was recently involved in prosecuting a conspiracy to import £118m of cocaine into the UK.

Oliver Hirsch was called to the Bar in 2020. He acts for both defence and prosecution and was recently successful in the Court of Appeal.

Holly Fagan was called to the Bar in 2021 and accepts instruction across crime, courts martial and regulatory law matters. Holly has experience in prosecuting and defending multi-handed cases, cases involving vulnerable witnesses, special measures, interpreters and unrepresented defendants.
