3PB moves back into its Bournemouth Office after flooding

3PB has today announced that the barristers chambers is moving back into its Bournemouth offices on Christchurch Road. This follows extensive damage to its offices which forced the national chambers to spend nearly four months in temporary offices at Bourne Space on Hinton Road in Bournemouth. The four-floor chambers building was declared unsafe and electricity was turned off after thousands of litres of water flooded its offices through the night of Tuesday 9th April with substantial water damage of ceilings, walls, carpets and floorboards, electric cabling and IT.
The office’s telephone number remains 01202 292102 and DX number (7612 Bournemouth) also remains unchanged. Post can still be sent to 3PB Barristers, 30 Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, Dorset BH1 3PD.
All staff and barristers are moving back into the offices; and conferences with barristers will now also be back in its Christchurch Road offices.
Robert Leonard, 3PB’s Practice Director in Bournemouth said : "Thankfully our disaster recovery plan worked really well. The combination of an exceptional team at 3PB, great support from our loss adjuster, Steve Gale of Sedgwick International, and chartered surveyor Stuart Chessell of Goadsby, coupled with a fast response from the wonderful team at Bourne Space saw us have a seamless relocation and we are moving back in less than four months later. The flood damage repairs at 30 Christchurch Road were really extensive, so it’ll be good to get back to normal. We’re all looking forward to being back in our offices again."
