3PB’s Birmingham office give a mighty roar for Birmingham Children’s Trust

Vanessa Meachin QC, head of 3PB’s family team, attended a New Year's party on Saturday 25th January 2020 for The Birmingham Roaring Lions!
The Birmingham Roaring Lions is Birmingham Children's Trust’s forum for children and young people with disabilities. It was formed to give children and young people with physical and learning disabilities a voice and a platform to champion their rights. They celebrated the completion of a highly successful year with a New Year's party featuring a diverse range of games and activities, ending with an awards ceremony.
3PB’s 70-strong team of family law barristers sponsored the award prizes. These awards were presented by Councillor Kate Booth, Cabinet Member for Children’s Well-Being at Birmingham City Council, as recognition for their hard work and achievement over the last year.
The event was a great success! Over 100 children, young people, their families, carers and residential home staff were in attendance.
