3PB celebrates First-tier Tribunal appointments

3PB Barristers (3 Paper Buildings) is delighted to announce that 3PB family law barristers Nicola Frost and Paul Froud have been appointed as Fee-Paid Judges of the First-tier Tribunal. Nicola Frost is assigned to the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber). Paul Froud is assigned to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber, within the Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Tribunal.
Their appointments are effective from 22nd September and will run on four-year renewable terms. Many congratulations to Nicola and Paul, who will both continue to maintain their busy practices at 3PB, alongside their judicial appointments.
Nicola Frost is a specialist family law barrister, private FDR judge and arbitrator, dual qualified in both the financial remedy and children schemes. Nicola is an arbitrator member of Bristol Family Law Solutions. She is also the author of a book on pre-nuptial agreements. Nicola is consistently ranked in the Legal Directories and has won praise for her forensic attention to detail and her excellent client care.
Paul Froud is a barrister with a busy and diverse family law practice, with an emphasis on public law Children Act proceedings and a burgeoning private law children caseload. He acts for parents, local authorities, guardians and interveners and has appeared at all levels of the Family Court and the Court of Appeal. Paul is ranked in both Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500 directories, who acknowledge him for his impressive advocacy and excellent eye for detail.
