3PB celebrates David Swinstead's 45 years service as a barrister

3PB were delighted to recognise David Swinstead’s 45 years as a barrister at 3PB at a celebratory dinner in Winchester recently. Called to the Bar in 1970, David has built up an enviable reputation for his common law practice principally in the areas of personal injury, clinical negligence and also criminal law. For the past fourteen years he has worked as a legal assessor.
