3PB celebrates David Swinstead's 45 years service as a barrister

3PB were delighted to recognise David Swinstead’s 45 years as a barrister at 3PB at a celebratory dinner in Winchester recently. Called to the Bar in 1970, David has built up an enviable reputation for his common law practice principally in the areas of personal injury, clinical negligence and also criminal law. For the past fourteen years he has worked as a legal assessor.

Four new family law arbitrators at 3PB
3PB are delighted to announce that four family law barristers - Elaine Strachan, Peter Wilkinson, Davinia Riley and Oliver Thorne (pictured here, anti-clockwise from bottom left) - have qualified as family law arbitrators under the Financial Remedy Scheme.
