Disputes between neighbours concerning boundaries, easements, party walls and similar matters are commonplace. Whether the matter at stake is a few inches of suburban garden or the viability of a major development, such disputes usually raise complex issues of law and fact. There is a vast amount of experience within 3PB  in dealing with such cases.

Our expertise covers boundary disputes, adverse possession, co-ownership disputes, trespass and nuisance, mortgages, conveyancing disputes, land registration, restrictive covenants and easements. Several group members have considerable expertise on the Party Wall, Etc. Act 1996.
