3PB’s Property and Estates Court of Protection team deals with a wide range of matters in this area of law. Our team regularly advise and represent parties in proceedings including family members, local authorities, deputies, protected parties and the Official Solicitor. We offer experience in dealing with cases at all levels of complexity, from hearings in the County Court to the High Court, as well as appearing regularly at both First Avenue House and the regional hubs.
