Sarah has been a specialist personal injury litigator since 1991 and was a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel between 1996 and 2007 and undertook a secondment working at the Action for Victims of Medical Accidents (AVMA).
Sarah has been accredited as a senior litigator by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). She also set up a consortium of personal injury lawyers in the South east of England - Accident Line Sussex - a specialist group endorsed by the Law Society as experts in providing advice in personal injury cases.

Sarah took the case of C-v- Middlesborough Council  EWCA Civ 1746 to the High Court and Court of Appeal, culminating in the Supreme Court landmark limitation case in sexual abuse cases A-v-Iorworth Hoare  HL 2 WLR 311.
