Sarah developed an early interest in clinical negligence and dental negligence cases as a longstanding specialism. Sarah set up and ran Wisdom Law, her own claimant dental negligence practice, for nine years. Her clinical negligence expertise includes:

    • Dental Negligence
    • Cosmetic Surgery
    • Fertility
    • Missed/ Delayed Cancer Diagnoses
    • Small Claims, Fast Track, Multi Track

    • Drafting Pleadings
    • CMCs
    • Interim Applications including Injunctions, Disclosure, Strike Out, Default Judgment

    • CFAs.

Sarah pioneered the use of No Win/No Fee agreements in clinical negligence cases and lobbied the UK Parliament for a change in the law to make it compulsory for dentists to have professional indemnity insurance. This is currently not a legal requirement but clear guidance has been given from the GDC that dentists must provide indemnity to their patients if they suffer harm and there is heightened awareness of the issue, leading to the formation of the pressure group, Bridge the Gap.
