Acquitted of Fraud by False Representation having helped a co-Defendant to carry items to a Cash Converters.

Burglary and Criminal Damage. Defendant committed offences when too intoxicated to remember. Suspended sentence.

Sexual Assault and Stalking. Psychological assessment. Suspended sentence.
Motoring offences

Inconsiderate Driving. Acquitted after trial.
R v DR
Dangerous Driving, Driving Without Insurance and Failing to Report an Accident. Defendant evaded police whilst intoxicated and crashed into a residential property, fleeing the scene on foot. Suspended sentence.
