Victoria is recommended by the Legal 500 Directory 2011 as "one to watch on the insolvency and IP front".
Victoria joined 3PB in 2009 having previously practised at a leading IP set and worked at a boutique media law firm.
Her IP practice covers all aspects of copyright, trade marks, designs, passing off, and breach of confidence actions. She has extensive experience in the High Court, Patents County Court and Trade Marks Registry including applications for interim injunctions and other forms of interlocutory relief.
Victoria has been involved in advising major organisations in the film and music industries in relation to online copyright infringement and has advised and represented many other companies and individuals including well known cosmetic and fashion labels, publishers and brand owners in relation to their IPRs.
• Representing a premier league football club in a High Court action for copyright infringement – this matter settled before trial
• Representing a tree surgeon in a two day passing off trial in the Patents County Court
• Representing a defendant in a breach of confidence action where an interim injunction had been ordered
• Advising a luxury Spa in relation to a trade mark/passing off dispute
• Advising a publisher in relation to a copyright dispute arising from the publication of photographs
• Advising an individual in relation to the publication of photographs of her in a national tabloid newspaper

Victoria has been a tutor on the commercial option of the Bar Vocational Course at Nottingham law school.
She frequently speaks at commercially organised seminars/lectures and recently gave a talk to Somerset Trading Standards in relation to Criminal Prosecutions for Trade Mark infringements.
