Victoria joined 3PB in 2009 having previously practised at a leading IP set and worked at a boutique media law firm. She has a commercial/chancery practice with an emphasis on Intellectual Property.

Her IP practice covers all aspects of copyright, trade marks, designs, passing off, and breach of confidence actions. She has extensive experience in the High Court, County Court and Trade Marks Registry.

She also has experience in insolvency (corporate and personal), contract, company law, landlord and tenant and real property matters.
