Tom Horder has a mixed Criminal, Civil and Regulatory law practice. He prosecutes and defends serious criminal cases from frauds to sexual assaults. His regulatory law practice encompasses trading standards, licensing, animal welfare and aviation offences. Before coming to the Bar, Tom worked for a well known firm of North London solicitors and as a legal researcher in the Human Rights Litigation Unit at Liberty. In his spare time he collects records, flies planes and follows Wimbledon AFC.

In July 2009 Tom was appointed to the Attorney-General’s Unified List of Prosecuting Advocates (Panel C).
