Sunyana has developed an interest to practice in personal injury during her pupillage with Hamish Dunlop, a specialist in the area. Sunyana has been instructed in various small claim and fast track liability and quantum trials. She acts for both Claimants and Defendants.

She has acted in a number of cases ranging from credit hire cases, quantum trials, road traffic accidents, contested costs hearings, strike out, set aside applications and infant approval hearings.

Sunyana also has experience of inquest work in the Coroner's court and was recently instructed on a fatal injuries claim following from an inquest.

Sunyana regularly advises on liability issues in all personal injury type cases and is willing to undertake work on a CFA basis.
