Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence

Sharan undertakes personal injury and clinical negligence work acting for both claimants and defendants. She is experienced in conducting trials, disposal hearings, applications and interlocutory hearings in small claims and fast track matters appearing in court on a daily basis. She has experience of a range of areas including road traffic accidents with particular experience of credit hire, Animals Act claims, Highways Act claims, occupiers’ liability, product liability and claims involving the MIB.

Sharan has a busy paperwork practice, advising on liability, procedure and quantum as well as drafting statements of case. She is happy to accept instructions on a CFA basis where appropriate.

Sharan’s interests include film and good restaurants.
