Richard Wheeler has a busy common law practice with particular emphasis on personal injury. He has a wealth of advocacy experience arguing cases before district and circuit judges on an almost daily basis over the last six years. He has also appeared on a variety of matters in the High Court. He has addressed lay members countless times in magistrates’ courts, employment tribunals, and on juries of the crown and coroner’s court.

Alongside a busy court practice, Richard has developed a practical and efficient advisory practice. He aims to provide written advices within two weeks of receipt of papers. Urgent turn around will try to be accommodated on request.
