Nicholas Leviseur has an extensive practice in and considerable experience of Chancery litigation in the High Court and Court of Appeal in London with a particular emphasis on issues arising out of the use of land, intellectual property and the resolution of partnership disputes.

The subject matter of recent instructions has included commercial boundary disputes, restrictive covenants (with particular reference to building development), easements, pollution indemnity agreements, strict liability for non natural user of land, profits a prendre and liability for pollution of watercourses and acquifers.

In addition to regular instructions to advise and litigate in commercial partnership disputes and passing off actions, he is also instructed in cases involving the dissolution of same sex relationships and is consulted as to the value of contingent rights in land and trusts by matrimonial solicitors instructed in divorce matters.
