Nicholas Braslavsky has a specialist practice in medical negligence (including orthopaedic, obstetric, gynaecological, intensive care, anaesthetics, vascular, accident and emergency, ophthalmic, ENT and neurology) and all aspects of personal injury including those arising from road traffic accidents, industrial diseases (such as asbestosis), employer’s liability, product liability and public liability.

Publications

Nicholas Braslavsky's publications include articles in the New Law Journal, Justice of the Peace and Police Review. 

He contributes regularly to conferences including Legal Aspects of Medical Negligence for clinicians (1996) and Developments in Procedure (1994).
